SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be packed with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. You will be notified about the expected delivery date and tracking details.
UK shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of £2.99 (2 - 4 business days)
International shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of £7.99 (3 - 17 business days).

Standard delivery is free when you spend £50 or more.

Please note we do not cover any import duties or taxes on items ordered shipping to outside of the UK.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our brushes are manufactured with great care and with the best quality materials.
Love Vicci wants to keep our customers satisfied in every aspect, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team in case an unexpected problem arises and we'll do everything we can to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Please note, refund can only be issued if items have been unused and are in a resaleable condition.
